How do I schedule a regular delivery?
Fill out the order form provided or complete the call back service. We will then contact you back to confirm your order and the delivery days. Normally we can add you to the following weeks delivery.
How do I pause / unpause my regular delivery?
You can either email text or call Mr Milk to arrange a pause in your delivery, if you are planing to go on holiday or if you have too much milk.
Can I have my delivery left somewhere else other than my front door?
Yes you can have them where ever you think is safe, back gate, around the side, in the porch, ect.
Will I receive my next delivery if i forget to leave my bottles out?
Yes if you have a standing order then the same products will come every delivery.
How do I change / cancel my order?
You can leave a note or contact Mr Milk Upto 24hours before, if its the same day you will be charged.
Do the milk floats carry extra products in-case I want to add something to my order at short notice?
Yes we carry some extra long life UHT cartons, and some long dated products. If not it will be automatically added to your next delivery.
How do I pay?
You can set up a Standing Order with your address as reference or Bank Transfer upon the bill. You can also ring MrMilk on a Wednesday and pay by card over the phone. You can even leave the cash out and we will credit your account if you over pay.
Where do you source your milk from?
We collect our milk fresh every day from our depo in Chesunt, that get its delivered to them from Cotteswold Dairy.
What days of the week do you deliver?
Our delivery window ranges from 1am - 6am, Monday and Thursdays, Tuesday and Fridays. Each round runs twice a week.
Do you deliver to businesses, offices and schools?
Yes we can set up an account on the days we are in your area. We have a school round that goes our daily.
What time do you deliver?
We aim for all doorstep deliveries to be made before 7:30am
I have had a wrong item delivered in error, what shall I do?
No problem, normally its the milk man giving you a free sample of something he thinks you might like. Just send us a message or just look on your weekly bill and see if its included. If its our mistake just enjoy it on us.
My Milk Man didn’t collect the bottles I left out for him, What can I do?
Not to worry, just send us a message and we will make a note on the delivery sheet to keep an eye out for the empties. If this happens near a bank holiday or near the new year its quite possible we have of run out of space on the milk float, Sorry.
Is there a minimum spend/order requirement?
Yes, for a standing order you need 2 items a delivery, 1 or 2 deliveries a week. This could be for example : 1 pint of milk and a box of 6 eggs, butter, juice, bacon, cheese ect .
What is MrMilk Bank Details?
Send us a message and we will share these with you, also it can be found on any bill type you receive from us. You can call on a Wednesday to pay by credit or debit card.
Its gone past the delivery cut off @7pm what shall I do?
You can leave a note out in the bottle, but sorry you will be charged as its left the depo and will be wasted. Please inform us of any changes before 7PM, Thanks
Can I leave my Milkman a note in the bottle?
Yes, if its for delivery instructions or for a one off order change last minute. The milk floats don’t carry much extra so it will be added automatically to your next order. If you can refrane from leaving notes because it adds a lot of time to the milk mans delivering time slots, best to message MrMilk either buy email , text, whatsapp, or leave a voicemail.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
No we do not add any cost for delivery, if its a cancellation on the door with a note you will be still charged as the milk is wasted.
What is the office opening times?
Upto 7pm Everyday (for adjustments)
9:30-2pm Monday and Tuesday
9:30am-2pm Wednesday for telephone payments
